Gary Roberts

I am looking for burial information about Edward Roberts, who died Oct 25, 1850 in Catawissa, Pa.

Said to be a farmer and settled about 1795 in Catawissa, North Branch of the Susquehanna River. He was found dead, after a storm, between Catawissa and his home, and the supposition is that he was killed by lightning. He started out to purchase a knife for his grandson, William Henry, but never returned.

I was looking to see if there were any newspapers being printed during that timeframe in the area that might have a death notice or obituary.
